These terms govern your use of the Gulfcrest Enterprises LLC ("Gulfcrest") website. Consulting engagements are governed separately by a written services agreement and statement of work, which control in the event of any conflict with these terms.
This website is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to use it in any way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or violates applicable law.
Content on this site is general in nature and does not constitute technical, legal, financial, or security advice for your specific situation. Recommendations are made only within a defined engagement, after we have reviewed your environment.
Figures shown on this site are starting points for planning and are not offers. Final scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees are set out in a signed statement of work. Changes to scope are proposed in writing and take effect only once approved by both parties.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access and approvals, appropriate licensing for their own software, and current independent backups of their data. Delays in access or decisions may affect schedule and cost.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Client systems, data, and business information are treated as confidential by default.
Site content, including text, layout, and marks, belongs to Gulfcrest. Ownership of engagement deliverables is addressed in the applicable statement of work; Gulfcrest retains rights in its own pre-existing methods, templates, and tooling.
Solutions we recommend or implement may rely on third-party platforms and providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability and performance are outside our control.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulfcrest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability arising from consulting services is addressed in the services agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Harris County, Texas.
