During an engagement we may be granted access to client systems and data. That access is governed by our written services agreement rather than by this policy.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a strategy session, deliver contracted services, and maintain our own business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We request only the access an engagement requires, apply least-privilege principles, treat client systems and data as confidential, and remove our access when the work concludes. We recommend that every client maintain current, independent backups of their own data.

These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own contractual and security obligations. Where an engagement involves AI tooling, the specific services and data handling are identified in the statement of work before the work begins.
Inquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Engagement records are retained in line with our contractual and legal obligations.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@gulfcrestenterprisesllc.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor valid requests.
